Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for your credit card details. We are unable to hold tentative bookings without this confirmation.

You are welcome to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time.

Should a cancellation be made within 24 hours of the reservation time, the credit card will be charged up to €50 per person. This also applies to partial cancellations, with charges adjusted according to the number of guests cancelled.
