Our Executive Chef, Raoul Meuwese, has created a special menu with the first asparagus of the year accompanied with seasonal products. Sous-chef Rutger winner of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs
We are beyond proud to announce that Rutger van der Hoeven, sous-chef of restaurant Bridges, has won the prestigious chefs competition Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs from Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!
During the final in Beverwijk, Rutger competed against four other promising sous-chefs. In October, he will represent the Netherlands during the international final in Mexico.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is een vereniging met bijna 21.000 leden wereldwijd, verdeeld over meer dan 75 landen. Deze vereniging brengt zowel amateurs als professionals samen om gezamenlijk van de kunst van gastronomie te genieten.
